Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Original tags must be attached.

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or gift receipt) is required.


Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return

  • Provide the items you wish to return and the reason.

  • Wait for return instructions.

2. Prepare Your Return

  • Package items securely in the original packaging.

3. Ship Your Return

  • Send the package using the address provided by Customer Service.

  • Use a trackable shipping method and keep proof of postage.


Refund Process

  • Returns are usually processed within 5–7 business days after receipt.

  • Refunds are issued within 14–21 business days after processing.

  • Refunds include the item cost and applicable sales tax.

  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds for purchases with receipts are returned to the original payment method.

  • Returns with gift receipts will receive a Merchandise Credit.

  • A $10 return fee may be deducted from your refund.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to personal preference or incorrect purchases: customer pays shipping.

  • Returns due to damaged or incorrect items: Heiperlye covers the shipping. Provide clear photos to Customer Service before returning.


Special Circumstances

  • Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during return shipping.


Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • Customers may return items and place a new order for the desired size or color.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, altered, laundered, or damaged items.

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.

  • Items returned after 30 days.


Reserved Rights

Heiperlye reserves the right to:

  • Limit or refuse returns from customers with excessive return history, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Refuse service or discard non-Heiperlye items sent to our warehouse.
